The work
I've spent the last 2 years building Power BI reports and cleaning up data that was never really set up to be reported on. Most days that means pulling numbers from messy sources and turning them into something a manager can actually open and understand.

How I work
I ask a lot of questions before I open Power BI. What's this report actually for, who's using it, what number are they trying to trust. Then I build the model first, in SQL or Power Query, so the dashboard on top of it isn't hiding a mess underneath.

Still growing
I'm two years in, and every project still teaches me something: a faster way to model the data, a DAX pattern I hadn't tried before. I ask good questions, I take feedback seriously, and that combination is how I've picked up as much as I have in a short time.
